Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. For sanitary purposes we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to resolve any issues
How will I know what size to order?
For your convenience, there are 4 options for you to choose from to ensure that your nail will fit perfectly Sizing kit, 10 piece set, and Preset sizes and 20 piece sets.
What will happen if I order the wrong size
Due to our no return policy all sales are final. The stylish gal is not liable for nails that do not fit. If you are unsure about the measuring process I highly recommend ordering a sizing kit or 20 piece set.
I accidentally entered the incorrect address, what do I do?
We understand that mistakes can happen, however the stylish gal is not liable for incorrect addresses. In the event that this happens it you will have to options.
1. You can receive a refund for the product.
2. You can have the item reshipped and must pay for reshipment.
How long is processing time?
Processing time is 1-2 weeks
How log will my stylish nails last?
With proper application and care, your stylish nails will last up to 3 weeks when applied with glue. With glue tabs nails will last up to 3 days
