Customized Wigs

At this time we only accept refunds and exchanges for customized wigs. You may return or exchange your order only in the event that we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at Thestylishgal.tye@gmail.com


 

Cancellation Policy

Incorrect Address

We understand that sometimes mistakes can, such as a mistake in address. In this case you will have two options once the package has been returned to us. 

 

1. You can receive a refund for the products. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED

2. You can have the item reshipped and must pay shipping.
